Please come in uniform if at all possible
Sanitize your hands as you enter
Come right in and change shoes and enter the training area, and find your spot
We will get your attendance card for you
We will maintain an 8-foot social distance
Only 5 people can stay in the waiting room.
Please do not come to class if you're not feeling well
You must register for each class
Please bring a towel or yoga mat for floor exercises and stretching.

Join the Zoom class at least 5 minutes early. If another class is going on, please mute yourself & wait.
Start your class after already warming up and stretching
Make sure you have enough room as possible
Try to arrange your camera so that we can see your entire body, including feet
Remember to "pin" our image to your screen when the lesson begins; i'd like us to start in Gallery View, however, so that we can say hello to each other
I know we're all alone in a room, but we're together, and should see each other at the start of the lesson. It will make us all feel more connected.
